How to Reserve a Room
º Lotte Hotel (Sogong-dong)
1. Please download a reservation and fill it out.
2. Send the form to the hotel contact via email to rsv.hotel.seoul@lotte.net.
3. The confirmation letter will be sent to you.

º Hotel President
1. Please click on the “Reservation” button .
2. Choose the desired dates and preferred room type from the available options for your stay.
3. Follow the payment flow to complete your reservation securely.
4. The confirmation letter will be sent to you.

Important Notes
- Room reservation deadlines is 17th May 2024, and the date is determined based on KST (Korean Standard Time). It is strongly advised to make early bookings to ensure the availability of your preferred room.
- Please refer to the terms and conditions stated in the hotel reservation form.
- Please be aware that if you wish to request early check-in or late check-out, it is important to inform the hotel in advance. However, please note that additional charges may apply based on room availability.)
